Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese Medicine; meet the diagnostic criteria of ICU acquired weakness; Mechanical Ventilation Treatment; Age > 18 Years Old; Sign the informed consent form: The patient is conscious: Can Perform at least 3 simple movements (open eyes, close eyes, nod, stick out tongue, frown, look at me) ; no history of dementia or organic brain disease, no history of mental disorders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, Kidney, and lung dysfunction; patients with severe head injury; patients with active bleeding or major bleeding requiring surgery, such as rupture of liver and spleen, perforation of stomach and intestine; patients with definite neuromuscular diseases, myasthenia Gravis, Guillain Barre Syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; end stage CACHEXIA.
