Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be over 18 years old; (2) No major diseases, or stable control of underlying diseases; (3) There is no practice of fitness qigong and other regular physical exercises in daily life; (4) Take the initiative to cooperate with the research and insist on completing the research: (5) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) In the onset of spinal-related diseases; (3) Those with fever or other systemic or local infections; (4) Surgery within one year or pregnant women; (5) Those with severe visual impairment or have heart, brain, lung diseases, tumors, bleeding tendencies, etc. with potential risks; (6) Those who are unable to cooperate with the research or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
