22 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) infertility patients who received IVF treatment in our center, (2) patients who received antagonist protocol for ovulation induction, (3) patients who were diagnosed with deficiency of spleen and kidney, (4) patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent, (5) Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA)score >7 (patient may have anxiety status)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) over 43 years old, (2) body mass index (BMI) = 28 kg/m2, (3) FSH > 12 U/L, (4) patients with untreated uterine abnormalities and hydrosalpinx, (5) infertility caused by dysfunction of adrenal gland and thyroid endocrine gland
