18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 60 years (no gender limitation); 2.Comply with the diagnostic criteria for shift work disorder in ICSD-3 3.Pittsburgh Sleep Therapy Index (PSQI) >5 points 4.Have not received acupuncture treatment for at least 6 months before entering the study 5.Agree to participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious heart,lung, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; or migraine, dysmenorrhea and other chronic painful diseases; infectious diseases; 2.Severe depression and other mental disorders 3.other sleep disorders rather than shift work disordersuch as sleep apnea,restless leg syndrome ect; 4.pregnant or breastfeeding or having the plan to be pregnant; 5.Patients not suitable for acupuncture, such as: allergic constitution,fear of acupuncture,with severe dermatosis around the acupoints 6.Participated in other study in the last 3 months; 7.Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or drug dependence
