Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the western diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection; 2.Conforming to the standard of syndrome differentiation of both external and internal heat syndromes; 3.The ages ranged from 6 months to 14 years; 4.The course of the disease was less than 48 hours. 5.The parent or guardian signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 2.Suppurative tonsillitis, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia and other diseases; 3.Severe malnutrition, rickets; 4.Persons under 3 years of age with a history of febrile convulsions; 5.Allergic to known components of this preparation; 6.According to the doctor's judgment, easy to cause lost visitors
