Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of chronic refractory wound: wound healing time = 4 weeks or healing shrinkage = 10% - 15% / week; (2) The age ranged from 18 to 75 years; (3) The patient was informed of the study content and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cancerous wound; (2) Exposure of blood vessels or nerves in the wound; (3) Receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (4) Unconsciousness.
