Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for FS were as follows: (1) In line with the diagnostic and therapeutic standards of Traditional Chinese medicine and orthopaedic Diagnosis and Treatment routine, in line with the diagnostic standards of periarthritis of shoulder. (2) The age range is 45-75 years old, and there is no gender limitation. (3) Willing to accept traditional Chinese medicine and acupotomy treatment. (4) Have relevant awareness of the subject, and have good compliance with the observation and operation of researchers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Failure to meet inclusion criteria and conditions. (2) Patients who need to take other drugs or use other medical equipment during the treatment may interfere with the evaluation of the curative effect. (3) Recently experienced other treatments or participated in other trials. (4) Patients whose treatment duration is not fixed or personal identity information is not complete will affect the judgment of curative effect. (5) out of a tendon injury, cervical vertebra disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture, thrombocytopenic diseases, diabetes, cancer and other local disease cause of shoulder pain patients or with cardiomyopathy, stroke, hypertension, kidney disease, tumor, blood, and clotting mechanism dysfunction, abnormal severe life-threatening idiopathic disease such as high fever and secondary symptoms. (6) Women in pregnancy and lactation, seriously ill patients with very weak constitution or elderly patients. (7) People with damaged shoulder skin or allergic constitution and mental patients.
