Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 3-6 months after onset, he was conscious, CASI score of cognitive function assessment was more than 20 points, and he was able to cooperate with interactive head acupuncture therapy, resting state fMRI and DTI detection. ? The initial onset was hemiplegia of the right limb, and Brunnstrom stage of the right limb was stage 3 (upper limb, hand, lower limb). ? The patients were 50-60 years old and all were male; ? All patients were right-handed; ? Single infarct, infarct area 8-10cm2; ? TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to qi stagnation and blood stasis type; ? Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with acute onset, worsening condition or unstable vital signs; ? Patients with sensory aphasia, severe dementia, mental illness and other diseases that cannot be treated; ? Patients with post-stroke depression and epilepsy that may interfere with the results of functional magnetic resonance imaging; ? Cranial defect patients; (5) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, with greater risk of treatment and detection; ? Those who are installed with pacemakers, stents, bypass surgery or other gold implants cannot be examined by Mr.
