Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis formulated by The Orthopaedic Branch of Chinese Medical Association (" Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis ") : ? Recurrent knee pain occurred within the course of 1 month; (2) X-ray images were taken in standing position or weight-bearing position, showing one or two kinds of cystic changes and sclerosis in subarticular bone, narrowing of joint space or osteophyte at the edge; ? Be over 40 years old; ? The number of white blood cells per milliliter of clear joint effusion was less than 2000; ? Morning stiffness of more than or equal to 30 minutes; ? Bone friction sound or friction feeling. Inclusion criteria were those who met KOA diagnostic criteria and were between 40 and 70 years old, regardless of gender. Informed consent was signed by the patient. The subjects had correct cognition and good compliance with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Younger than 40 or more than 70 years old; ? With lower limb pain, deformity and other influencing factors other than KOA; ? The subjects explored skin defects and ulcers on the body surface of the site, which were not suitable for acupoint exploration.
