Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? TCM constitution is divided into qi-stagnation (qi-stagnation transformation score = 40 points); ? aged 18 ~ 23 years; ? diet and sleep are basically normal, body mass index is between 18.5-23.9, and do not like tobacco, alcohol, tea and coffee (absolutely not allowed the night before MRI); ? right-handed; ? sign informed consent and voluntarily accept the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Brain lesions were found by CT examination; ? Those who have other heart, kidney, liver diseases and tumors and affect the test results; ? Those who received transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current therapy, or EEG biofeedback therapy at the same time; ? Those who receive drugs and other treatments at the same time; ? Those who received auricular therapy within 1 month before the test; ? Patients who are or have been diagnosed with depression; ? Allergic to ear point adhesive tape; ? There are metal substances in the body; ? Claustrophobia, which affects the communication and operator during the experiment; ? Usually dysmenorrhea and pregnant women.
