Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults aged 18 to 25 years; 2.No knowledge background and treatment experience of acupuncture; 3.No history of primary diseases and mental illnesses, no painful diseases and sensory disorders, without allergichistory of pepper; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactation women; 2.Coagulant function abnormality; 3.Those who are diagnosed or suspected of diseases according to the medical history or examination.
