Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? TCM constitution is classified as qi-stagnation (qi-stagnation transformation score = 40 points); ? aged 18 ~ 23 years; ? diet and sleep are basically normal, and body mass index is between 18.5-23.9; ? those who sign informed consent and voluntarily accept the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who received auricular therapy within 1 month before the test; ? Patients who are or have been diagnosed with depression; ? Allergic to ear point tape.
