Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder were used in the operation ; ( 2 ) Age : 45-75 years ; ( 3 ) The same group of doctors shall be responsible for the operation ; ( 4 ) The nutritional status of patients was good, and the body mass index ( BMI ) was 18.5 – 24.9 ; ( 5 ) Patients and their families sign informed consent ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Operation time greater than 6 hours ( 2 ) Patients with mental illness and disturbance of consciousness who cannot cooperate with active activities ;
