Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 35 ~ 75 years old; ? Course of disease: in the recovery period of stroke, the onset is within two weeks to half a year; ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine, have clear consciousness and stable vital signs; ? Patients can actively cooperate, complete the test process and sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with coma, unstable vital signs, tracheotomy, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and severe cognitive impairment; ? Complete aphasia; ? those aged under 35 and over 75, and pregnant women; ? Patients with two or more strokes; Patients with cerebral embolism (cardiogenic cerebral infarction); ? Those who have obvious oral or throat diseases, such as thyroid diseases, local infections, ulcers, etc., which affect swallowing; ? Those who refuse treatment and evaluation according to the test plan.
