Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients selected must meet the diagnostic criteria for neurogenic cervical spondylosis as revised by the 2nd National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis in 1993 and the modified criteria in the minutes of the 3rd National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis in 2008; ? have more typical radicular symptoms, such as arm pain and numbness, with a range consistent with the area innervated by the cervical spinal nerve; ? the patient has restricted cervical movement function, and the lesioned vertebral spine, paravertebral, and There is pressure pain at the superior internal scapular angle on the affected side; ? positive cervical compression test and/or brachial plexus nerve pull test; ? imaging findings are consistent with the clinical presentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients with severe organic diseases; (ii) Patients with severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, tumours, fractures and other pathologies; (iii) Those who do not cooperate with the study.
