Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old and =75 years old, gender is not limited. (2) Predicted survival >24 months, ECOG PS: 0-2 points. (3) Endoscopic or surgical polyp removal was performed within 6 months before enrollment, and the patient was pathologically confirmed to be colorectal adenomatous polyp CRA, and the TCM syndrome was spleen deficiency and dampness. (4) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? intestinal adenoma was not completely removed by colonoscopy; (2) intolerant enteroscopy or poor intestinal preparation (assessed as "poor" and "insufficient" according to aronchik scale), the enteroscopy time is too short, and the stopping time is less than 6 minutes; (3) pregnant women, lactating women and pregnant women; (4) there are uncontrollable mental disorders and can not cooperate;It is associated with active tuberculosis, heart, liver and kidney diseases and other serious infectious diseases. (6) patients with hemolytic anemia, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, and patients with allergy or intolerance to berberine hydrochloride tablets; (7) the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to patients who cannot take berberine hydrochloride for a long time, such as cold spleen and stomach, weakness of spleen and stomach, yin deficiency and fluid deficiency; (8) taking aspirin, NSAIDs, calcium or vitamin D for a long time (taking vitamin D once a day for at least 3 months, taking not less than 100 mg aspirin and 1200 mg calcium is regarded as long-term medication); (9) patients who take Chinese herbal medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine with the effects of clearing away heat and detoxification, resolving phlegm and dispersing knot for a long time (at least 6 months), especially the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions include fried Coptis chinensis, huhuanglian and other drugs containing berberine; (10) patients who cannot take oral drugs or vomit frequently or suffer from severe constipation.
