18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the staging and diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain; 2. Age 18-60 (including 18 and 60 years old); 3. Course of disease> 12 weeks; 4. The average VAS score at the onset is >=4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deformed back or obvious scars or tattoos; 2. In the past 3 months or are receiving treatment for low back pain; 3. Cardiovascular disease; 4. Other serious musculoskeletal system diseases or fractures; 5. Mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
