Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) men or women aged 40–80 years; (2) patients met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis [15]; (3) From 1 to 2 month after total knee arthroplasty, the wound healed well after suture removal, without abnormal ooze of blood or fluid; (4) Signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative diagnosis is not simple knee osteoarthritis, but combined with severe deformity, ligament injury around the knee, muscle strength abnormalities and other diseases; (2) Postoperative scar expands beyond the range of original lesions injured to surrounding normal skin; (3) Coagulation disorders; (4) Postoperative diagnosis is superficial incision tissue infection or deep incision tissue infection; (5) With severe physical and psychological illness that cannot coordinate the treatment; (6) Participation in other clinical researchers in the past 3 months.
