Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction established by the fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference in 1995. ? Course of disease within 6 months; ? Patients with stable vital signs after medical treatment; ? Sign informed consent to participate in this study voluntarily; ? = 18 years old =75 years old; ? Patients with first onset or previous stroke without sequelae;? Brunnstrom stage ? ~ ? and Ashworth stage 0 ~ 3; Note: Patients who meet the above 7 criteria at the same time can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Motor dysfunction caused by cerebral hemorrhage, or other brain diseases such as brain tumor, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases; (2) patients with serious complications or recurrent stroke during rehabilitation; ? Stroke sequelae patients with severe language dysfunction and mental behavior disorders that hinder the assessment; ?other neurological diseases affecting cognitive function of patients, such as vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, and MMSE score, and MMSE score, illiteracy < 17 points, primary school < 20 points, junior high school and above < 24 points; ?
