Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age >18 years) with septic shock who received mechanical ventilation more than 24 hours after admission from August 2016 to September 2021 were eligible for inclusion. Identification of patients with sepsis was based on the sepsis 3.0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age80 years;(2) confirmed pregnancy;(3) cancer patient;(4) combined with the endocrine system, hematopoietic system and other severe primary diseases.
