Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? More than one person in a family or class has been diagnosed with influenza-like cases or influenza; ? There are 2 or more members in the family or 20 or more students in the class; ?1 year old = age < 18; ? Informed consent to the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Allergic to the drug used in this study; ? Children with severe malnutrition and rickets, children with serious primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and children with immune deficiency; ? Influenza-like symptoms within the past 1 week.
