65 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who agree to receive general anesthesia 2. Those with ASA I to IV 3. Age =65 years old, no gender limit 4. Those with no ulceration at the puncture site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular block 2. History of allergy to propofol injection, 3. Allergic to opioids 4. Pre-existing mental illness, often taking drugs that affect neuromodulation (Diamen, etc.) before surgery 5. Language communication barriers 6. Those with ulceration and infection at the puncture site
