Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of those with decreased ovarian reserve (refer to "Practical Gynecological Endocrinology" and "Obstetrics and Gynecology" for diagnostic criteria; ? TCM syndrome differentiation is the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, age =18 years old, and =45 years old, female and ethnicity are not limited; ? Have not used any hormone drugs or other immune preparations in the past 3 months; ? Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who are under 18 years old or over 45 years old; ? Primary or secondary amenorrhea caused by abnormal development of congenital reproductive organs, acquired organic disease and injury of reproductive organs; ? Complicated with polycystic ovary syndrome, uterine disease and other diseases; patients with premature ovarian failure caused by bilateral ovarian resection; decreased ovarian reserve caused by chemotherapy; ? Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; patients with concurrent use of other hormone drugs; ? Psychiatric patients; patients with malignant tumors; ? The syndromes are those with liver and kidney yin deficiency, kidney deficiency and liver depression, or those with hyperactivity of liver yang, yin deficiency and fire, etc. who are not suitable for moxibustion.
