Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The ages ranged from 18 to 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Persons over the age of 30. (2) those who take drugs that affect muscle mass or muscle strength performance. (3) participants in moderate-intensity exercise for more than two hours per week. (4) those who have stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, or neuromuscular diseases, which make them unable to participate in physical activities. (5) People with visual impairment. (6) arrhythmias, pacemakers, serious cardiovascular diseases. (7) Patients with a history of acupuncture treatment in the last 4 weeks. (8) Patients with artificial joint implantation within the last six months and recent operation. (9) Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. (10) Those who had engaged in strenuous exercise or had muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment. (11) People who are physically ill due to other reasons during the experiment. (12) Obese people; 27, and the subject weighs more than 90 kg.
