Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-70 years; HADS-A scale = 8 points; ASA = class III; Endotracheal intubation and thoracoabdominal surgery under general anesthesia; PCIA was used for analgesia after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Facial skin has infection, trauma and scar, so buccal acupuncture treatment cannot be implemented; Facial trigeminal nerve and facial nerve injury; Severe cardiopulmonary disease; Diabetes; BMI = 30kg / m2; Bleeding tendency; Long-term chronic pain before operation; Need to be transferred to ICU for treatment after operation; Abuse of opioids or alcohol; Do not agree to use PCIA for postoperative analgesia; Cognitive impairment, unable to understand the content of the scale; Serious central nervous system disease or serious mental disorder; Pregnant women, especially those with a history of abortion or artificial pregnancy; High risk patients with nausea and vomiting; Patients who refuse buccal acupuncture.
