Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>18 years old; 2.Meet the Roman IV diagnostic criteria for IBS; 3.Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent. Note: Inclusion will be required if all of the above conditions are met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous colonoscopy, meal barium fluoroscopy, abdominal ultrasound and other examinations found severe intestinal organic lesions (including but not limited to ulcerative colitis, familial multiple intestinal polyps, colorectal cancer patients); 2.Unconscious, unable to express subjective symptoms of discomfort and clearly diagnosed severe mental disorders; 3.Unwilling to participate in the accompanying visitors. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
