Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathologically proved to be a gynecological malignant tumor, followed by pelvic lymph node dissection or radiotherapy; (2) The patient has swelling of the lower limbs, and is in accordance with the lymphedema staging stage ?-?; (3) 20-70 years old, able to complete functional exercises; (4) The patient is willing to cooperate with the treatment follow-up and sign an informed consent form; (5) No serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) There is no local ulceration of the affected limb.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Combined with severe organ dysfunction such as hypoalbuminemia, nephrotic syndrome, left heart failure, etc., resulting in lower extremity edema; (3) Patients with affected limbs with cellulitis and venous thrombosis of lower limbs; (4) Those who cannot tolerate cupping, acupuncture or fainting; (5) The skin of the patient's lower extremities is infected and ruptured.
