Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 2. Normal hearing or normal after correction; 3. Aged 18 to 45 years; 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. Score 20-35 on the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and kidney; 2. Those who have undergone other experiments that may affect the effect indicators of this study; 3. Patients currently suffering from other mental illnesses other than depression; 4. Depression secondary to other physical diseases; 5. Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score is greater than 15 points, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score is greater than 21 points, 24 items of Hamilton Depression (HAMD) score greater than 35; 6. Unable to complete the treatment, poor compliance.
