Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PHN; 2. VAS score >= 4 points; 3. Pain in the neck, chest and back, waist and abdomen and limbs; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with pain on the head, face, perineum or skin; 2. Combined with critical illness, coagulation disorder, and other diseases that cause pain; 3. HAMA score >= 21 points or HAMD score >= 17 points; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
