Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, voluntary signed informed consent; 2, Age 18-80 years; 3, femoral Shaft Fracture Open Reduction Patients; 4, Combined spinal-epidural Anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe Cardiopulmonary Dysfunction; 2. Disturbance of consciousness or poor compliance with the completion of the study; 3. ASA Level 4 or above; 4. The patient is participating in other clinical trials within 1 month.
