Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients of ASA grade I-III (young patients are 18-40 years old, elderly patients are 65-80 years old); 2. BMI is 18~28Kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing spinal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital; 4. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital and the experimenter signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart and brain organic diseases; 2. Intellectually disabled, mentally disabled and illiterate; 3. Those who do not accept electrical stimulation; 4. Patients who have undergone surgery along the meridian and meridian; 5. Patients with infection or abnormal coagulation at the electrical stimulation site; 6. Patients with limb nerve injury; 7. Long-term use of a large number of sedatives, antidepressants or analgesics, and a history of alcoholism or drug dependence. history of allergy to anesthetics; 8. Patients with more intraoperative bleeding (>=15% of systemic blood volume); 9. Cognitive dysfunction occurs after operation and cannot cooperate with VAS score.
