Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnosis of Western medicine, in order to meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China", the patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. The vital signs are stable, accompanied by dysphagia, the water field drinking test is grade 3 or above, and a gastric tube is placed; 3. The first stroke, the course of the disease is in the acute stage (refer to the staging of stroke in the "Stroke Unit of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine" edited by Zhang Jiemei and others), and the age is <80 years old; 4. The stage of dysphagia is pharyngeal stage, refer to the second edition of "Assessment and Treatment of Dysphagia"; 5. Voluntary and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia, audio-visual impairment and unable to communicate; 2. Brain herniation, severe cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Transfer or death occurs in the middle of the course due to other rehabilitation needs; 5. Previous or concomitant other diseases that affect swallowing function; 6. Glasgow Scale (GCS)<=14 points; 7. The skin on the massage site is damaged; 8. Those with a tendency to spontaneous bleeding.
