Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection; (2) the age was 1-14 years old; (3) the course of disease was at least 1 year, and the patient was in the non acute infection stage, and at least 1 week after the recovery of the acute infection stage; (4) the informed consent process met the requirements, and the legal representative or the children signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with severe primary respiratory tract infections such as primary immunodeficiency, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), congenital respiratory tract malformation, congenital heart disease, congenital ciliated immobility syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) should be excluded; (2) Those who have used immunosuppressants or immunopotentiators in the past year, as well as those who have taken other drugs for the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection, should evaluate the impact of these drugs on the incidence and condition of respiratory tract infection, and generally should be excluded; (3) It is accompanied by serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic system; (4) According to the judgment of the researchers, other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate the enrollment, such as unstable living environment and inconvenient transportation, are likely to cause loss of follow-up; (5) Participants in other clinical trials.
