Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To be diagnosed with urinary calculi and renal colic; 2. Age 18 to 80 years old; 3. Patients with moderate to severe pain (NRS>=4); 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received analgesia 6 hours before treatment; 2. Chronic pain due to tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other reasons; 3. Hematological diseases: such as hemophilia, patients with coagulation disorders; thrombocytopenia (<50×10^9/L); those who use anticoagulant drugs; 4. Those who have had serious adverse reactions to acupuncture in the past; 5. Patients with skin infection at the acupuncture site; 6. Those with mental illness or history of drug abuse, or with severe cognitive impairment; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
