Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 35-70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction, with head CT or MRI to confirm the infarction; 3. Exclude previous history of cerebral infarction; 4. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) 60 points, basic self-care; 7. MMSE score illiteracy >= 13 points, primary school education >= 19 points, middle school education >= 24 points; 8. MoCA total score, with education years >=12 years <26 points; education years <12 years <25 points, and referring to the baseline assumptions in the expert management consensus on post-stroke cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The course of cerebral infarction is less than 14 days or more than 6 months; 2. Family members complain of cognitive decline before cerebral infarction, or cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons; 3. Basic information and incomplete clinical data do not meet the scoring requirements of the scale; 4. There is heart failure, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, post-stroke dementia, cancer, critical illness, etc.; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate due to coma, mental disorder, etc.; 6. Suffering from certain diseases that interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function, including traumatic brain injury and mental illness; 7. Those who have taken cognitive function-improving drugs before screening.
