Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria of colon cancer, according to the International Union Against Cancer (UICC) TNM staging criteria, diagnosed with colon cancer stage II-IV postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 2. Aged 30-75 years, gender is not limited; 3. Karnofsky score (KPS score) >= 60 points; 4. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor blood sugar control in diabetes or with peripheral neuropathy; 2. Patients with acute hepatitis or active hepatitis; 3. Those with damaged skin on the body surface, or suffering from severe skin diseases; 4. Those who are allergic to chemotherapy drugs or moxibustion and cannot tolerate them; 5. Those who are seriously ill and unable to take care of themselves; 6. Those with severe heart, brain, kidney and other organic diseases or bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction.
