18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above RA classification criteria; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes; 3. Meet the criteria for judging the disease: DAS28 > 3.2 (active stage); 4. Aged from 18 to 70 years; 5. Not drink yogurt for nearly 1 week; 6. Not take antibiotics in the past three months; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, persistent, transmissible gastroenteritis, colitis or gastritis; 2. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and psychosis; 3. Patients with other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, etc; 4. Positive human chorionic gonadotropin test; 5. Lactation period.
