Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group: (1) The age is between 18-30 years old, and the gender is not limited. (2) The World Health Organization defines the definition and 10 criteria of health, excludes related systemic diseases through medical history investigation, and is diagnosed as healthy. 2. Sub-health group: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sub-health and TCM syndromes at the same time; (2) The age is between 18 and 30 years old, and the gender is not limited; (3) No positive indicators have been found through the modern medical system inspection, or although some indicators have changed, they have not yet reached the diagnostic criteria of Western medical diseases; (4) Not taking drugs for intervention treatment in the past 30 days, and not participating in other clinical investigators; (5) Those who are willing to accept treatment, sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the disease course for more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group: (1) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (2) Those with skin damage, infection or scar. 2. Sub-health group: (1) Diseases clearly diagnosed by modern medicine that may cause the above manifestations, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, depression, insomnia and other mental and neurological diseases; (2) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (3) Patients with severe mental illness or serious suicidal tendencies; (4) A history of alcoholism or other drug dependence before the occurrence of sub-health; (5) Those with skin damage, infection or scar were excluded.
