Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MRI/CT confirmed lesion sites including cerebral hemispheres (cortex and subcortical); 2. Vital signs were stable after conventional treatment, and the course of disease was less than 6 months; 3. Patients between the ages of 18 and 75; 4. The presence of swallowing apraxia; 5.Who do not take any medication that may affect swallowing function or nervous system, and willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain MRI/CT confirmed that the lesions included brainstem and cerebellum; 2. Obvious cognitive dysfunction (Minimum Mental State Examination Scale MMSE<=24); 3. Unwilling or unable to cooperate with treatment; 4. Associated with unstable vital signs, combined with severe chronic diseases, etc.; 5. Intracranial implantation of metal and electronic equipment; after skull defect and metal skull repair.
