Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis myocardial depression; 2.Patients aged 18 to 80 years and have signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2.Exclude patients with HIV infection, rheumatic immune diseases and end-stage tumors; 3.Exclude patients with severe cardiology diseases such as myocarditis, infective endocarditis in the acute stage, or acute myocardial infarction.
