Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female over 45 years old and male over 50 years old; 2.Patients whose T value is -1SD after BMD test (using dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer to measure L1-5 vertebral body BMD); 3.Patients and The family members voluntarily signed the informed consent form after understanding the research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unstable vital signs, accompanied by serious primary diseases of the tissues and organs, mental patients, and those who have not signed the informed consent; 2.Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or about to become pregnant; 3.Suffering from tumor, pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and parathyroid Glands, adrenal glands, gonads and other diseases; 4.Suffering from other major medical conditions (such as infections, cancer) or central nervous system diseases; 5.Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and who are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the investigator; 6.Mental disorders.
