Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select hundred patients of the elective TKA and the preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score was more than 5, sex unlimited, aged 65 -80 years,with body mass index of 19-28 kg/m2, ASA physical status II or III Operation time <= 4 hours, no contraindication of spinal anesthesia, no complication of nervous system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to participate in the researcher; (2) Implanted cardiac pacemaker; (3) Local skin allergy, damage or infection in the part to be stimulated; (4) Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; (5) Those suffering from mental disorder, depression or nervous system diseases, or those who have scored less than 24 points after being corrected by MMSE before operation; (6) Those who take related drugs before surgery have an impact on sleep; (7) Communication difficulties, unable to complete the measurement of relevant scales.
