Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia (non-severe); 2. Those who meet the CAP low and intermediate risk groups; 3. Comply with the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years, gender is not limited; 5. The onset time is less than 72 hours and no antibiotic treatment is used; 6. Agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of structural lung disease, diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction and other underlying diseases; 2. Combined with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, blood system diseases and mental diseases and other basic diseases, such as acute heart failure, acute cerebral hemorrhage, viral hepatitis, hemophilia, etc.; 3. Patients with immunodeficiency or taking immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; 4. Other therapeutic drugs such as antiviral drugs, traditional Chinese medicine, etc. have been used within 48 hours of seeing a doctor; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. Allergic constitution, such as those who are allergic to more than two kinds of drugs or food, those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of this drug and cephalosporin antibiotics.
