Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. The onset time was less than 72 hours,and House-Brackmann facial nerve grading standard was IV or above; 3. It was consistent with the diagnosis of idiopathic facial paralysis and was unilateral; 4. The informed consent was signed by the patient or the legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Steroids are being used to treat other diseases; 2. Patients during pregnancy,lactation and planned pregnancy; 3. Patients with Hunter's syndrome; 4. Otitis media, mastoiditis, parotitis and other complicated peripheral facial paralysis;Peripheral facial paralysis caused by posterior fossa lesions such as acoustic neuroma,skull base meningitis,intracranial metastasis of cancer and multiple sclerosis; 5. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage,brain tumors,brain trauma and other neuromental systems; 6. Severe needle sickness can not tolerate; 7. Partly acute infection; 8. Facial neuropathy caused by diabetes mellitus and Guillain-Barre syndrome; 9. People with recent craniocerebral injury; A history of severe dementia,schizophrenia and other psychiatric diseases; 10. Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases,liver,kidney,lung and blood system diseases; 11. Patients with a history of immunodeficiency syndrome; 12. Other patients who may affect study results or outcome judgements.
