35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with aphasia after Ischemic stroke= 1; 4. Primary school education or above; 5. Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing impairments or dysarthria or cognitive impairments likely to affect adherence to study protocol; 2. Aphasia owing to other brain injury or neurodegenerative disease besides stroke; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney damage likely to influence participation; 4. Patients taking transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) therapy or piperacetam, donepezil, memantine, bromocytine, galantamine and not able to discontinue those therapies after being included in the study; 5. Having MRI contraindications.
