65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the above KOA diagnostic criteria, the clinical stage is advanced, and the X-ray K/L grading is grade III or grade IV; 2. Aged 65-80 years, no gender limit, obviously restricted in walking and going up and down stairs; 3. Patients who have been ineffective in various conservative treatments for more than half a year, underwent TKA for the first time and were diagnosed with spleen deficiency syndrome after surgery; 4. Those who are willing to accept the research and sign the informed consent for clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe heart, brain, lung, kidney and other organic diseases, blood diseases and other systemic infectious diseases; 2. Other inflammatory manifestations, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other chronic inflammatory diseases; 3. Patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome and sepsis after operation; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the prescribed medication and cannot determine the efficacy and safety; 5. Patients with bleeding tendency and mental illness.
