Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients meet TCM diagnostic criteria and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 2.Children with Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score > 30; 3.Aged 2 to 6 years; 4.The family members or guardians have informed consent to accept the established treatment plan and requirements (time, frequency, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.People with Asperger syndrome, Rett syndrome, Heller syndrome and children with disruptive mental disorder were excluded; 2.People with acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3.Children with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4.Children with ADHD, Tourette Syndrome and other behavioral disorders, mental retardation and schizophrenia; 5.Patients with hearing impairment and patients with frequent epilepsy; 6.Strong resistance, continuous crying, unable to cooperate with the treatment of children; 7.Children who are delirious, behave strangely or cannot be controlled, and are prone to medical accidents during the acupuncture process; 8.Children participating in other clinical trials; 9.Bleeding tendency; 10.MRI examination is contraindicated.
