Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need total knee arthroplasty due to knee osteoarthritis are classified by American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II, and the operation time is expected to be more than 1 hour; 2. Combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia was used, and postoperative intravenous patient-controlled analgesia (PCIA) was performed; 3. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent; 4. There was no absolute contraindication of auricular plaster therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who had nausea and vomiting 24 hours before operation, chemotherapy within 4 weeks or radiotherapy within 8 weeks, and hormone use within 1 week; 2. There are other diseases that easily affect the observation results, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; 3. Patients are not suitable to participate in the experiment; 4. Patients do not cooperate, resulting in intervention measures can not be implemented.
