Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of simple anal fistula and the diagnostic criteria of anal leakage of TCM Zheng Xu Xie Lian syndrome; 2. Subjects aged 18-60 years old; 3. Subjects who can cooperate with clinical treatment and follow-up; 4. Patients and their families signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious primary diseases or complications of heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, immune system and nervous system; 2. Patients with contraindications, allergies or allergic constitution in this study; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. patients with tuberculosis, syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 5. Patients with mental illness or language disorder; 6. Patients with various types of colitis; 7. Patients with complex anal fistula; 8. Subjects who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
