18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First diagnosed in our hospital, in line with pGGN diagnosis, diameter 5-8mm (including 5mm and 8mm), if there are multiple nodules, use the largest nodule for evaluation; 2. Aged 18-65 years, no gender limit; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in traditional Chinese medicine; 4. The course of the disease is within 3 months of pGGN diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The first chest CT showed clear respiratory tract infection in pGGN during the same period; 2. Pregnant women and those with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other primary diseases; 3. Have a clear history of autoimmune diseases; 4. Participated in other clinical research; 5. The elective surgery is confirmed at the first diagnosis; 6. Patients with chronic respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and asthma.
